Fee Policy

• All eligible children will receive 11 free hours per week for 51 weeks of the year under the EYFE scheme.
• Unarranged late collection charged at £10.00 per 15 minutes
• Non-refundable Registration Fee £45. Children accessing only EYFE are exempt from this charge.
• A £50 deposit is required for each half-day session booked. For children accessing EYFE only this will be returned after headcount. For children accessing additional hours above the EYFE, this will be returned when they leave Toybox and once all outstanding invoices are settled.
• To alter or relinquish your space at Toybox 4 weeks written notice is required.
• 2 free holiday weeks are given per annum providing 4 weeks' notice is given. Any sickness/absences are still paid in full.
• Christmas Week & Bank Holidays when Toybox is closed are not charged.
• Invoices are issued weekly and we ask no more than 4 to be left outstanding at any one time. Failure to settle invoices may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
• We offer 8 settling-in sessions for each new child. The first 6 of these are free of charge and the last 2 are charged at the session rates above/or EYFE hours applied.
