Toybox has been established since 1990 and, for 20 years, was located in the grounds of the world famous Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead.
In December 2009 Toybox moved into its new, purpose built premises at the Dunnings Mill end of Coombe Hill Road on the South side of East Grinstead. Toybox has been graded Outstanding by Ofsted since 2010 to date.
With many years of experience, Toybox has created a caring nursery where all your childcare needs will be catered for. We offer bright colourful surroundings, within a safe and secure environment, set within beautiful woodlands. We have a large enclosed garden, ample car parking and we are located well away from any main roads.
We are registered by Ofsted to take children from the age of 4 months to 5 years.
On your behalf Toybox claims the government funding for all 3 and 4 year olds. This gives each child 15 hours free nursery education each week during term time. We do not offer this funding for 2 year olds.
We open from 7.15am to 6pm and offer flexible, full and part time day care and education for your children.
All our staff are dedicated to the well being of your child and most have been part of the Toybox Team for many years. All are experienced in child care, have childcare qualifications ranging from NVQ's Level 2 to Degrees Level 6 and all with Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection training updated regularly.
